We do not exchange items. If the product HYP antiperspirant underwear does not suit you, we invite you to request a return and refund via your customer account or, if you do not have one, by e-mail to contact@hypunderwear.com.
At the same time, we also invite you to renew your order as soon as possible with the new product.
How long do I have to return my order? ?
You can return your items within 14 days for the following reasons:

I changed my mind

I don't like one of the product features

The size does not suit me

The product does not correspond to the visual displayed on the site

The product delivered is not the one ordered

The product does not match the description
Note that for defective products, you will need to support your request with one or more photos of the products.
How to return an item that is not suitable for me ?
Please note: Returns are the responsibility of the customer..
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in perfect condition.
1/ If you have created a customer account before placing your order:
Once connected to your customer-account

Go to My Orders

Click on View order (making sure to check your order number)

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Request a Return
You will then be able to indicate the reason for your return,
After receipt, and verification of the quality control of the products, we will make the refund within 30 days (maximum period). You receive an email notification at each stage of the return.
2/ If you have not created a customer account before placing your order: Return costs are your responsibility
Write to us at contactt@hypunderwear.com indicating the products you wish to return (with sizes/colors), the reason for the return, as well as your order number so that we can explain the steps to follow in order to reimbursement.
Of course, if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, etc.), we will bear the return costs.
The refund order is made within 10 days of receipt of your item(s), and after quality control verification.
The refund is then effective on your bank account 3 to 4 working days.
Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as the order.
We will then refund the amount paid for the items taking into account any discount or promotion applied when ordering.
Which articles are not taken back ?
The following items will not be refunded:

Items no longer having the original tag

Items that are not returned intact in their original packaging

Incomplete, damaged or soiled items

Items worn / used / washed

Items rendered unfit for sale.
